Cancellation Policy
- Send your Cancellation requests to our billing department or either correspond with your account manager. The cancellation will only be considered successful once confirmed by the respective department.
- Cancellation requests are brought under consideration only if you raise a request within 12 hours of placing your orders. Another key point to remember is that there should not be any kind of execution already started on your project.
- Services will stand canceled if the next payment is not made within seven working days. It’s absolutely necessary for clients to make timely payments for their projects.
Refund Policy
As per the nature of the services we offer, Mint Softech does not guarantee any kind of refunds on the cancellations. There are certain important and key points you should be mindful of. Let’s mention them all for you.
- Every particular service we offer follows a separate course of action till its accomplishment. Thus, the refund policy differs from one service to the other.
- Through a set of resources we strive to achieve every needed milestone of a project. Thus, no refund requests would be entertained for the work or project already completed.
- No refund is entertained if the project is canceled on the grounds of violation of our stipulated terms and conditions.
- We are not responsible or liable to pay a refund if there is a delay or disruption in the project due to any third party involvement.
- If you are not satisfied with our services, you will only get a refund if our terms and policies permit us to do so.
